1. Who are we?

Siendr is an online marketplace for sports video clips, based in the Netherlands.

2. What do you buy?

When purchasing through Siendr you buy a personal, non-transferable licence to download and view the sports video clip. This licence is for personal, non-commercial use only, unless you have purchased a commercial licence.

File format and quality: Clips are provided in MP4 format. The exact resolution (e.g. HD 1080p, 4K) is shown on the clip page. All prices are inclusive of VAT.

Conformity guarantee: Siendr warrants that the digital content delivered matches the description on the clip page (EU Digital Content Directive 2019/770). If the clip does not conform, you are entitled to remedy, replacement, or refund.

3. No commercial use (standard licence)

Using purchased clips for commercial purposes is prohibited, including:

• Television or online broadcasting.
• Commercial advertising or promotion.
• Resale or sub-licensing to third parties.
• Use in paid publications or paid media.

For commercial use you can request a commercial licence via the clip page.

4. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

Digital content exception: For digital content such as video downloads, the right of withdrawal expires once you have expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. By completing payment you give this express consent and confirm this understanding.

Withdrawal mechanism: If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal (for example if the download has not yet been started), you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase via the button on the confirmation page, or by emailing louiejaysienders@gmail.com with subject"Withdrawal purchase [clip ID]", your email address and purchase date. We confirm receipt immediately and process the refund within 14 days.

5. Download link

After payment you receive a download link on the confirmation page and by email. This link is valid for 48 hours. Download your clip in time. If your link has expired or you did not receive the email, contact louiejaysienders@gmail.com. We will resend the link at no cost.

6. Complaints and refunds

If the downloaded clip does not match its description, is technically defective, or otherwise fails the conformity guarantee, you are entitled to remedy, replacement, or refund. Contact louiejaysienders@gmail.com within a reasonable time of discovering the defect.

We respond within 5 business days. If we cannot resolve the matter together, you may use the European ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

7. Liability

Siendr's liability is limited to the purchase amount of the relevant clip. Siendr is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. This limitation does not apply in the event of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by Siendr.

8. Content and DSA moderation

Siendr only allows sports video clips that comply with applicable law. Under the Digital Services Act (EU 2022/2065), Siendr applies the following moderation policy:

• Illegal content (IP infringement, privacy violations, broadcast restrictions) is reviewed upon notice and removed where required.
• Reports of illegal content can be made to louiejaysienders@gmail.com with subject"Report illegal content".
• Creators are notified of moderation decisions with a statement of reasons.
• Decisions may be challenged via the same email address.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam. As a consumer you retain the right to bring a dispute before the court of your country of residence. You may also use the European ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Business buyers (B2B)

Purchasing as a trader or legal entity rather than as a consumer? Consumer rights in these terms do not apply to you, including the right of withdrawal, the conformity guarantee, and digital content provisions. All other terms remain fully in force. For commercial use, please use the commercial licence option on the clip page.

11. Changes
